Mile #24 Kai
Kai Angus Jasper McAlpin was the bravest person I have ever known. He was diagnosed with a very rare form of cancer in May of 2016, of which only one person is ever known to survive. Enduring almost a year of painful and excruciating treatment, he passed on March 14, 2017. Because of Kai, our Congressman revived a bill with Kai’s story being instrumental passing the Race 4 Children Act. We are honored to be Kai’s parents, family and community. We feel honored that he could be part of the Bigfoot with Tattoo Tom. Thanks Tom!!
