I met Tom at Curefest 2019, our sweet Finn 6 years old had just begun his relapse journey after being in remission for only 3 months for Ewing Sarcoma. I had followed his last journey online and was so inspired to meet him as running had been such a passion of mine pre diagnosis and had lost that piece. Sadly with Ewing being so aggressive and no definitive relapse plan Finn failed several traditional; chemo and radiation protocols, we traveled to Boston for a hail mary trial in december and he passed suddenly 1/21/2020. To say we are devastated is an understatement but have started a non profit in his honor to raise awareness and give back to our community and look forward to continuing advocacy in his honor with his super sib older brother.
